Job Description:
• Customer interface – in person, email, phone & online porter (EDI & SAP) manage.
• Data Entry, Quotation, Document Control, Data Analysis & Final Report.
• Generate Work Order Process and Manage.
• Prepare for Meetings, Meeting Minutes, Online Conferences, Phone Conferences & Schedules.
• Navigate, Mitigate, Improve and Maintain organically home grown MRP / ERP System.
• Generate Reports.
• Create templates
• Manage Logistics.
• HR and Accounting support
Requirements:
• Fluent in English.
• Outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point.
