Executive Assistant Key Responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization and customer base.
• Provide general administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
• Arrange travel itineraries and prepare expense reports
• Assist with special projects and perform other related duties, as assigned
• Support executive leadership by planning business travels, completing expense reports, event registrations, arranging meetings and meeting plan assistance
• Provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of team and company information
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Corporate Accountant Key Responsibility
• Full understanding and working knowledge of GAAP procedures and the expertise to monitor, collect and assess accuracy of compliance data
• Provide necessary information and work with the external auditors for the year-end audit reporting package that is required by HQ
• Review financial information/reports for accuracy and completeness
• Help document, implement, and maintain appropriate accounting policies and standard operating procedures
• Assist with SOX compliance and financial statement audits, walking through key controls, answering auditor questions, communicating between HQ and external auditors to support the audit process

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of corporate accounting and or finance experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Must be bilingual in English and Korean; you will be communicating with the HQ in Korea in a daily basis.
