Orange Village Hotel Mgt. Company is currently accepting applications for Front Desk Staff to join our team of friendly, dependable and professional ambassadors at Orange Village Hostel.
Your excellent service orientation is a must.
Responsibilities Include
- Greet and check guests into and out of the hostel in a friendly, accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Manage and resolve all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain and manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests
Experience Preferred but not a must. Fluency in English and Ability to speak Multilanguage is preferred.
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Full time or part time
Entry Level: Compensation: $19+, vacation pay, ( 야간근무 주 2-3회 가능자 우대함)
