The Universal Banker I conducts client and bank transactions with accuracy, speed, efficiency, and professionalism standards. Is expected to provide consistently excellent client service and to consistently cross-sell bank products and services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

• Provides exceptional service in handling clients in person or on the telephone
• Performs teller, new accounts and/or client service functions
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, check cash and other bank operations transactions
• Consistently and accurately balances cash within a reasonable time frame
• Keep informed of policies, practices, regulations, and laws as applicable to the function

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in bank operations preferred, but not required
• Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the branch operations
• Ability to analyze and organize information and process transactions with accuracy
• Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives
