1. Position: Passenger Service Agent

• Location: San Francisco International Airport
• Job Type: Full-Time

• Provide top quality customer service to passengers at San Francisco International Airport.
• Perform arrival duties such as supervising the transfer of baggage, translating Customs and Border Protection interviews, supervising the
cleaning of the aircraft, escorting passengers with special needs, etc.
• Perform departure duties such as check-in, ticketing, reservations, gate services, overseeing baggage assortment and loading, ramp service,
weights and balances (load) control, etc.
• Comply with all federal, state, and airport authority security requirements and Korean Air’s policies.
• Handle any necessary report generation and any general administration tasks.
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by managers.


2. Position: Cargo Traffic Agent

• Location: San Francisco International Airport
• Job Type: Full-Time

• Operate import and export airline cargo
• Prepare relevant cargo flight documents
• Handle cargo loading and cargo reservations
• Comply with all federal, state, airport authority security/safety requirements and Korean Air’s policies
• Job functions may include report generation, general administration, and computer application utilization
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by managers


3. Position: Passenger Sales Representative

• Location: Remote but requires frequent travel within San Francisco *샌프란시스코 지역 거주 필수*
• Job Type: Full-Time

• Analyze sales data and research market trends to enhance sales
• Position competitive prices and communicate price-related matters with travel agents and U.S. HQ Marketing/Sales teams
• Answer travel agencies’ inquiries and resolve conflicts
• Provide travel agencies with professional reservation, ticketing and sales support
• Monitor travel agencies for possible default/malpractice, group sales and trouble shooting
• Handle administrative tasks and communicate with headquarters personnel

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be able to work on days, evenings and weekends for Passenger Service Agent and Cargo Traffic Agent positions
