Position: Office Administrator (Full-time)
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary/Wages: $50,000 - $65,000/year (depending on experience)
General Description
AVACO, Inc. is a growing U.S. sale and marketing branch of AVACO, Co. LTD, a high-tech equipment manufacturing company from Korea. The candidate will assist in clerical duties and other various needs of business administration. It is essential for the candidate to communicate clearly with his or her tasks.
Responsibility:
• General administrative activities including payroll, shipping, receiving, h/r, etc.
• Organize customer transactions to record, track, and management all POs, invoices, and payments
• Manage all critical documents for purpose of efficient access and record references
• Market & industry research to follow potential customer status
• Assist in organizing and arrangement of exhibitions to attract potential business leads
• Assist in purchase of components in the U.S. behalf of manufacturing in Korea
• Assist in business support duties in making marketing materials and presentations.
• Effective written & verbal translation between Korean and English (Presentations, Documents, etc)
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• Working style needs to be pro-active and self-reliant
